Payments, Returns & Refunds Policy
Please read the following return details before you make a purchase on www.pelicanshop.in or wish to return a product you have purchased.
At Pelican, each product is crafted with care, and we strive to deliver the best quality. Please note our return and exchange guidelines:
• No returns or cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.
• Exchanges are only possible in case of size issues and only if the required size is available in stock.
• All shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer.
We recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order. For any assistance, our team is always happy to help.
Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with a copy of the original invoice. Pelican reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.
Orders made using coupon code cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. For goods bought on discount, the exchange will be through discount codes.
We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the amount in Credit Card or Net-Banking account within 4-6 working days. The payment option is governed through our payment processing partner - phonepe. Further all the applicable privacy policies of phonepe are also applicable to us. The decision of Pelican regarding return and exchange of any product is final and binding.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid to confirm the purchase.

If the order value is below ₹1000 you will be charged a flat fee of ₹150. This is applicable on all payment options
Tracking Your Order
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with all the shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the shipping partner's website to trace your order. In case you need more updates you can get in touch at 2023.pelican@gmail.com with your order id and our team will assist you.
How much time will the delivery take if it is a local delivery within India?
Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package within 4 to 6 business days from the date of receiving the order. The areas covered for the local delivery are serviceable pin codes all over India.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Our delivery partners also provide a “We missed you” note or a similar note if they have attempted the delivery and you were not available. We request you to call the number they provide on that note and get the delivery arranged by them as per your convenient time.
